Textile hot stamping for small and medium production runs. Flex (smooth appearance) and flock (fibrous appearance) heat-sealable vinyls can also be personalized and numbered.
Direct printing is the latest technique similar to screen printing. The ink is printed directly onto the textile using a high-definition printer. Spectacular results can be achieved in record time.
The ink is applied by means of a mesh stretched across a screen, producing a color-by-color print directly on the garment. Technical costs are fixed, and large production runs are required to be profitable.
